This summer we’ve teamed up with our friend Steve the mixologist to invent six amazing Coldpress-based cocktails for you to recreate at home. Trust us – we’ve tried all of them and they are all delicious. At a push we’d say that the Coldstar Martini is our favourite, but we’d happily enjoy any of these on a sun lounger.

Paradise Punch
Caribbean rum shaken with raspberry liqueur, COLDPRESS® Strawberry & Banana and COLDPRESS® Mango & Passionfruit, served with a dark rum float
Cantaritos Collins
Tequila and COLDPRESS® Valencia Orange shaken with pink grapefruit juice, COLDPRESS® Lime juice and a pinch of salt, then topped with pink grapefruit soda
Coldstar Martini
Fresh raspberries crushed with COLDPRESS® Mango & Passionfruit, then shaken with Cointreau, served with a frozen shot of lemon vodka
St Clements Collins
Gin shaken with COLDPRESS® Lemon and Valencia Orange juices, a dash of sugar syrup and topped with soda water
November Seabreeze (mocktail)
Pressed COLDPRESS® Golden Delicious and cranberry juices shaken with COLDPRESS® Lime juice and topped with soda water
Honey Sour Sling (mocktail)
Melon puree and COLDPRESS® Golden Delicious shaken with COLDPRESS® Lemon juice and honey, topped with ginger beer
